A night black robot, he has the ability to blend in with his surroundings. His build is like a lizard, but he stands on two legs and is obviously mechanical. He can crawl on walls an ceilings when he is on four legs. He is not affected by any power-reducing devices because of his infinite energy generator. He has two machine guns, 6 rockets, 20 grenades, and twin laser swords.

Grimjack is a poltergeist with the power to possess things. He can possess up to 3 people or objects at a time. He can change his appearance to whatever suits him, but he can't be solid. Grimjack also can create personal illusions (illusions that only one person can see), and together with his shapeshifting powers, he can destroy people's minds.
